CANCELLATION POLICY

My studio space is created with intentional policies that support me doing my best work. I reserve the right to decline future appointment requests if a client is unable to respect my policies, business, or time. By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to all policies, including cancellation policy. I understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hour notice to Kate Cannon at (541) 321-0174. All clients are required to have a card on file. This protects my time by allowing me to process last minute cancellation and no-show fees. I have a cancellation fee of 50% of service amount within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment (this includes rescheduling within 24 hours), and 100% for day-of cancellations and no-shows. A no-show is 20 minutes tardiness, with or without contact, as I cannot fill a slot same-day or be able to adapt any service to accommodate the shortened time. Clients that no-show 2 times will be banned from booking. Sickness: If you have a fever within 24 hrs of your appointment or are exhibiting any signs of COVID-19 or other illness including chills, cough, difficulty breathing, fatigue, body aches, headache, sore throat, congestion, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea, you MUST cancel your appointment. If you come to your appt with any of these symptoms, I will cancel your appointment on the spot, and charge 100% your service amount.
